Option 1
Many of our current property owners are involved in the holiday bookings and provide us simply with a list of arrivals. They often leave the rest up to us to contact the guest directly, welcome them to Alba Estates and inquire if they need any further information from us.

Option 2
Another option is to let Alba Estates take care of everything, in this case we can rent out your property to our existing holiday guests and where necessary advertise through our internet portals.
Both options provide you with a stress free monetary income. Its a great way to enhance your second home and ensure all the hard work is taken care of.

Alba Estates requests that all Property Owners are fully up-to-date with the Spanish Rental Laws. Please contact us direct if you wish to discuss the matter further. We are able to gain a Holiday Rentals License on your behalf if necessary.
